psyche truth life wisdom hi everyone thanks for tuning in I'm Jen hilman and
this is the first in my five video series for a 5 week weight loss yoga
challenge so we're going to get started standing at the top of your mat and if
you don't have a yoga mat it's no big deal just get started standing
in whatever place feels good for you to practice so you can start with your feet about hip width apart maybe even a little bit wider we're just going to start with a nice easy forward fold to start to loosen up the muscles in the back of your legs and the back of yo new you keto diet ur spine so reach your arms up high get a nice big stretch going really tall like an early-morning stretch reach up and then reach your body forward as you fold all the way down reaching towards the earth now if you cannot touch the ground it's okay bend your knees as much as you need it's really no big deal you want to bend your knees so that your upper body can relax and hang over your legs let your arms relax and let your head relax just start to let your body fold and stretch along the backs of your hamstrings and the back of your spine and here I'm just shifting slightly
